Hi everyone! I’m Daniel and I am independent personal trainer who services in Richmond BC. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and currently enrolled into UBC’s education program and will be graduating in these upcoming months. . Each client is unique and has individual goals that are the focus of their training, Workouts are fun, safe and challenging. I will help and reach your personal goals whether its weight loss, increasing mobility, muscle building and general fitness. I also have over 8 years of basketball and have prior coaching experience, we can work on your fundamentals and take your game to the next level. I am open to training individuals at any level, have a flexible schedule and can commute.
